All of my rental houses are in historic downtown Lafayette. My goal is to maintain the historic of my rental houses such as orignal woodwork, hardwood floors, high ceilings, etc. while incorporating modern conveniences such as central air conditioning and updated bathrooms and kitchens. All of my rental houses are within 8 blocks of my own home so I can provide timely service and attention. I am proud to say that I would be happy to live in any of my rentals. |
