1. You can take over my lease for one bedroom.
PROS: You would be able to move in on August 15th (4 days before the official move in date!) and you could do a 5 month lease, ending on December 31st.
CONS: More paperwork and you need to pay an application fee of $30.
2. You can rent one or both bedrooms from the apartment complex.
PROS: You would qualify for specials such as $0 down, waived application fee and a $200 gift card if you sign by June 28th!
CONS: You would not be able to move in until August 19th.
The apartment has new furniture, new flooring, new painting with an accent wall in the living room, 50" flat screen TV in the living room, all kitchen appliances including dishwasher, washer and dryer in the unit, free wifi internet, free cable with HBO package, plus free water, trash and sewage. You also have access to the pool, hot tub, sand volleyball court, basketball court, grilling stations, computer lab, lounge space, movie theater and tanning bed! The city bus stops at the apartments as well as a personal shuttle that goes to Purdue throughout every school day and to Purdue and the Chauncey area until 3am Thursday-Saturday!
