Franklin Park Apartments Leasing Deal
I have a very nice 1-bedroom apartment at Franklin Park and I need someone to take over the lease by August . The Rent is about $620 a month, depending on if you have a pet but… Pets are allowed.

You can go to the website to find out about the apartment. my layout is a Thoreau. There is a great pool, the staff is super helpful and great about fixing things and keeping up with the facilities. The laundry is all new, the neighbors are quiet and friendly. It is also a very safe area. It is right around the corner from Wal-mart and on the bus line that goes straight to campus.
The deal is that if you take my lease you get a great apartment and I will throw in a signing bonus for helping me.
