Private rooms are being offered at Beta Sigma Psi, a Christian men's fraternity at 525 N. University, which is within easy walking distance to campus and student shopping areas.
The rooms are large and clean. You do not need to be a member or to be considered for membership in order to rent a room. Rooms are available to men only. Rooms are singles, or can be shared by two people if you would like to reduce your costs.
There are shared bathrooms on each floor, and they are cleaned regularly. Residents have access to the kitchen to prepare meals, or have the option of participating in a meal program that provides breakfast, lunch and dinner. The meal program is an additional cost. There is free parking on site and also free laundry machines. Utilities, basic cable TV and internet service are included in the rental rate.
