one roommate to share it with me. You'll have an enormous 15 x 14
bedroom and private bathroom. Or, if you'd rather, an 11 x 12 bedroom
with a 7 x 4 ft private balcony!
Amenities include dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, enormous shared back yard, 2-car garage, and lots of living space. Your part of rent is only $447 plus half of utilities.
