There is a washer and dryer in my apartment. You would be sharing the two bed room town home with me (a female, early twenties.) You will be signing the lease to replace a room mate that did not previously work out. The room will be available by January 1st, 2014. If you need it sooner please feel free to contact me and we can discuss other possible move in dates. The ideal room mate for me would be pet friendly, financially responsible, and somewhat tidy. Your room is spacious. You would have your very own bathroom. There is a total of 2 1/2 baths. There is a closet in your room, along with more closet space available in the hallway that we would share. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns you might have!
Lease Terms
You will be signing the lease from January 2014 to July/August 2014. We can discuss in more detail if you are interested.
