Smoking is alright on the front porch.
We are looking for someone to sublet a bedroom in our bungalow style
house near Columbian Park from the end of December or early January
through the middle of May. The length of the lease can be negotiated.
Our furniture will be in storage so you can rearrange the room how you
see fit. Rent includes internet, water, gas, electricity and use of
washer and dryer in basement. All common areas (bathrooms, living room,
dining room, kitchen) are shared with a lovely couple in the upstairs
room. The house is located on the 4A/B, 1B, and 7 bus routes and is a
short drive to Target, Aldi, Meijer, and the Tippecanoe Mall. Dresser
and/or bookcase can be rented for $15/month.
Monthly rent is $475. We are asking for a security deposit equal to the
first month's rent. Security deposit is due with the first month's rent.
Tenants will receive security deposit back in full after the expiration
of the lease as long as Tenant keeps room clean and there is no damage
to the room.
Smokers are okay if you are willing to smoke on the porch. No smoking inside house and no pets, please.

The exact duration of lease is negotiable but we need someone at least from early January to early-mid May 2015.
