-If Tenant has a pet, Tenant agrees to pay $25.00/month plus the one time pet deposit of $350-$450.
-Tenant agrees to be respectful towards roommates, neighbors and management.
-Tenant agrees to abide by other property rules outlined in Leasing Agreement (i.e. picking up after dog if applicable, disposing of trash in trash can).
