Peaceful, convenient location 5 minutes north of campus. Groceries and a huge number of restaurants within a 1-3 minute drive. Very clean, renovated facilities with lots of amenities (pool, gym, volleyball, clubhouse, etc). I love it here, the only possible downside to the place is needing to drive to campus however it's a short easy drive with lot's of parking. The price is set by the front office and could increase closer to December.
Apartment is spacious and comes fully furnished with all major appliances. Has parking right outside the door and a quiet location on the edge of the complex. Bedroom has it's own bathroom as well as a very sizeable closet, desk, and dresser. Roommates are great guys; very friendly, quiet, and studious. I'm studying abroad in the Spring so it's available all of Spring semester and until the end of July.
