This is a privately owned condo/apartment building, with some owners living on-site and some using their units as rental property. There is a variety of residents throughout the building... undergrads, graduate students, and working folks of all ages. The building is located and the end of Neil Armstrong Drive, so there is no thru-traffic. It is a rather quiet area, close to WL businesses and Purdue campus. There is a bus stop at the intersection of Neil Armstrong Drive and Northwestern Avenue.
