Hello, my wife has an apartment with the Cottages that she no longer needs. We are not allowed to break the lease but we are legally allowed to have someone take over the lease through Cottages office. We are willing to give a CASH BONUS of $800 after her lease is terminated (whenever you pay the first rental payment according to Cottages policy). It is a three bedroom apartment with two roommates already living here and most of the information and pictures can be seen on the cottage's website. It is fully furnished and trash is included. You can have a pet here for an additional 25$ a month. Feel free to contact me for more details at my email. The room is currently vacant but will take two weekdays for the reassignment to process. The lease ends on the first day of August and can be renewed through the Cottages for the next year.
