LOWER THAN LISTED PRICE – New 12-Month Lease Takeover at Blackbird Farms III – 1Bed 1Bath – July 2025 to July 2026 (June move-in also available)

I have a new 12-month lease renewal at Blackbird Farms III, but since I will be moving before this starts, I need someone to take it over. The good news is that I locked-in a rate that is CHEAPER ($1195 /mo) than what is currently available on their website ($1225+ /mo); a savings of $360+ for the year! The lease would be from July 5, 2025 to July 4, 2026, but if you need to move in earlier, we can work something out!

This was a nice, quiet apartment that did me well during graduate school and had no major issues while living there. It is about 1.5 mi from the northwest side of Main WL campus (about 3 mi to the center of campus/WALC). Definitely bike-able, or walkable for the ambitious. There is a convenient bus stop nearby also.
